Texas Christian University Academic Scholarships For Undergraduate International Students 2018-2019

The Office of Admission awards academic scholarships to our highest achieving admitted students. Fewer than half of all students admitted to TCU are offered academic scholarships. These competitive awards are based primarily on grades, ACT or SAT score, rank in class (if available), and curriculum rigor. For purposes of both admission and scholarship consideration, TCU super scores both the ACT and the SAT. Scholarship notification is mailed approximately three weeks after the offer of admission is sent.

Incoming Undergraduate International Students

Two types of financial assistance are available for incoming international students:  scholarships based on academic achievement and need-based financial aid. Students should plan to be responsible for the majority of educational expenses, since awards are competitive and usually cover less than half of the cost of attendance.
